Annual Membership Meeting
The annual membership meeting will be held Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at Longwood Recreation Center, at 7:00pm.
As always we look forward to your attendance and input at the meeting. Your involvement is key to the continuing success of the Olney Mill Swim Club. If you cannot attend you will find a proxy voting slip. This will be used to vote for new Doard members. There are no proposed by-law changes this year.
The terms of three board members are up, and while some have expressed an interest in staying for another term, it is up to the membership to elect the board of directors. If you are interested in joining the board please contact me at (301) 570-1013. After the elections in November, the positions are set at the December board meeting.
During the 2007-2008 off season we will need to white coat (plaster) the pool. While doing this process we will be enhancing the baby pool area. We will need to raise fees in order to complete these projects. Dues will be $335.00 per season, and the guest fees will be raised to $4.00 per guest per day.
